Aluminium Door Tracks

When aluminium doors getting old by daily usage the wheels gets worn out and it starts cracking and breaks. The door starts touching the track at the bottom and metal part of wheels rubs on track and cuts off door tracks and it makes flat with sharp edges. When it makes sharp edges even though new wheel is replaced, it does not last longer. This problem will not be solve fore ever. Aluminium doors gets damaged easily if the tracks are not cleaned properly after construction work. While constructions are going lot debris and cement goes in door sill. Sometimes cement drops from brick layers, while they laying bricks. It is important to keep door sill clean all the time. Door wheels are made nylon plastics and it worn’s out quick if track is not clean. Metal wheel cannot be used in aluminium sliding doors. If the sliding door gets damaged, it is not easy to fix it. It will be ongoing problem
